Estimates and approval

Work begins after you approve a written estimate. If the job changes once we are inside, work stops and we call. The final bill does not exceed your approved number without your yes on the phone, and the approval time is printed on the invoice.

Diagnosis

The diagnostic hour is $89. Approve the repair with us and it is credited against the bill. Decline and you still leave with the findings in writing, yours to take anywhere.

Warranty

12 months / 20,000 km on parts and labour, whichever comes first, printed on every invoice. Bring the invoice, or just your name; we keep records.

Parts

Parts are billed at our cost plus a stated 20 percent, supplier invoice available on request. Replaced parts are returned to you in a bag unless you ask us to recycle them.

Vehicles left with us

Finished vehicles wait inside for two days, then on the fenced lot. After two weeks we phone twice and mail once before storage of $15 a day applies. Nobody has ever reached the letter.

Disagreements

Talk to Rae first; that resolves nearly everything. Beyond that, BC's Civil Resolution Tribunal handles disputes under $5,000 without lawyers, and that right is yours regardless of anything written here.
