JOB NO. 01The promise on paper
Three lines, their arithmetic, and a total that did not move between the phone call and the till. You approve a number before any wrench comes out, and if the job changes, the work stops until you have said yes again.

JOB NO. 04Said out loud
AAA found two out of three drivers distrust repair shops (2016 survey). We did not invent that problem, but we can answer it with mechanisms instead of adjectives.
You get photos of the problem before we touch anything, and the worn part back in a bag afterward. Evidence at both ends of the job.
The estimate is written and you approve a number. If anything changes, the work stops until you have said yes on the phone.
Parts are billed at cost plus a stated 20 percent, the supplier invoice is yours to see, and the old parts come back with the car.
Every line on the bill explains itself in plain English. Ask twice and Rae answers twice. Nobody here sighs at a question.

The part nobody makes us do
12 months / 20,000 km on parts and labour.
BC has no law requiring a repair warranty at all. Ours is in writing on every invoice, because a promise you can hold is worth more than one you have to take on faith.
JOB NO. 05One job, end to end

What the driver heard
A grind from the front end, worse braking downhill into town.
What we found
Front pads at 2 mm and rotors scored past machining. Photos texted, estimate read out line by line, approved at 11:52 a.m.
What it cost
$503.80 before tax. The same number that was approved on the phone, because that is the only way a number leaves this shop.
What rode home in the trunk
The old pads and both rotors, bagged and tagged. Your old parts come back in a bag, or we recycle them for you and note it on the invoice. Your call, every time.

“Rae called before replacing a sensor I would never have seen, sent a photo, and the bill landed four dollars under the estimate. I have been driving thirty years and have never had that happen.”
“Booked at nine at night from the couch. Text confirmation by 8:15 the next morning, truck done by three, and the photos of the old bushings arrived before the invoice did.”
Book online any hour you like. We confirm within one business hour, or by 8:30 the next morning if you book after close. Or phone the counter at (250) 555-0187 between 8 and 5 and talk to a person who was just under a car.
