For contractors, crews and small fleets
Same posted prices. Less paperwork, less downtime.
If you run two trucks or twenty, the work is the same work at the same $118 an hour. A fleet account changes how it gets booked, approved and billed, so a broken truck costs you a morning and the crew keeps working.
What a fleet account changes
01
A bay held every morning
One bay is kept for fleet trucks until 9 a.m. A truck that breaks down at 7 is on the hoist before the crew misses a day.
02
Your approval limit, set once
Tell us the number per truck, say $400. Under it, we fix it and note it on the invoice. Over it, we call the person you name, with photos, before any wrench comes out.
03
One invoice a month
Every job for every unit on one statement, due in 30 days. Each line still shows the hours, the rate and the parts, so your bookkeeper can match it.
04
A file for every unit
Kilometres, oil, brakes and tires tracked per truck. We text you when a unit is due, so service happens on a slow day.
Who it is for
Trades vans, crew trucks up the Hollis Creek road, orchard trucks from Orebank, delivery cars, and anyone whose vehicle earns the money. Two vehicles is enough to open one.
